Tv was not working....Towels need to be asked..room coffee was not there. Last time I stayed about 4 months back..things were very good

I've booked a 3 adult stay room. While I was going for check in, the receptionist had no time to respond (could have been busy). Then they said there is a 2 sharing room available, if you like that, take that(is that the way to treat a customer?) Obviously I didn't like that room, even they forgot to clean the room. After some 15 to 20 minutes of waiting..... they showed us another room with 2 small separate beds and told, this is the 3 sharing room....(I was like in which world is this 3 sharing) Then they told they can provide me an extra bed in the floor.... but they didn't provide me.... that's another thing. Then we 3 adjusted on 2 beds. I've stayed at GOKULAM PARK before.... that was like heaven....and this time is my worst experience. Luckily I booked online . if I could have gone in person, they might have charged around 6k. Please reconsider your opinion before choosing here.

Staff are very accommodating, and they're ready to help the guests. The food is awesome. The breakfast spread can be improved further; the spread is just okay.

Hotel is in the city, very near to ashok nagar metro station which is directly connected to airport. Cabs are available. Food is good with buffet and a la carte. The staff is courteous and helpful. I had a good stay. Thank you
